Arik Arad - President
Mr. Arad has multifaceted experience in the security arena in a career spanning over three decades. He has been involved in creating and implementing new security guidelines, programs and innovative concepts internationally and domestically in both the public and private sectors. His unique expertise was evidenced by his participation, at the request of former President Bush, on the Presidential Committee on Aviation and on several congressional Committee hearings on the subject.
He has planned and implemented tailor-made security solutions for public facilities such as airports, commercial and private airlines, government installations, commercial buildings and shopping centers.
He has also established an expertise in creating and implementing business development strategies by identifying defense and security companies for acquisition, conducting due diligence on same and then managing acquired companies to expand the parent company’s portfolio domestically and internationally
James G. Zumwalt- Executive Vice President
As a US Marine infantry officer in Vietnam and Desert Storm, Mr. Zumwalt gained an extensive security background before retiring after 26 years. This background served him well for later service in private sector security, including a position at ICTS--the world's largest aviation security company. He served there as Executive Vice President until being offered, and accepting, a US Presidential appointment to be the Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of State for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs. In this capacity, he worked with numerous South and Central American law enforcement agencies to incorporate a human rights curriculum into their training programs. He later returned to the private sector to run his own international business consulting firm, developing a special expertise in helping US companies gain an understanding as to how best to do business in various foreign markets. He is an established writer who has written hundreds of opinion pieces on foreign policy, defense and security issues for dozens of newspapers and magazines and has given numerous speeches to university, professional and military groups. He is featured as one of 56 military professionals in LEADING THE WAY, a book by best-selling author Al Santoli which documents the most critical moments of the interviewees' combat experiences from
Vietnam to Somalia.
